If you believe your material was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

SportFlix reserves the right to terminate access to users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

SportFlix does not claim ownership of third-party content. All streams are embedded from external sources. We do not host or store any copyrighted content on our servers. The DMCA policy applies to content that may appear on our platform, and we will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.
